摘　　要：提出了一种基于Hough变换的纱线捻度测量方法,在经过去噪、灰度化、图像增强等预处理后,进行Canny边缘检测,采用Hough变换提取纱线的边缘特征和捻回特征,根据捻度计算公式计算出纱线捻度,并与退捻加捻法进行测捻对比试验。结果表明,用Hough法测量纱线捻度的方法是可靠且准确的。A yarn twist measurement method based on Hough transform was proposed.After pre-process⁃ing such as denoising,grayscaling and image enhancement,Canny edge detection was carried out,and Hough transform was used to extract the edge features and twist back features of yarn,and the yarn twist was calculated according to the twist calculation formula,and twist comparison experiments were carried out with the back-twisting and twisting method.The results showed that the method of measuring yarn twist by Hough method was reliable and accurate.
