摘　　要：产品质量对纺织品的竞争力有着决定性影响,而纺织品检测的质量控制对提高纺织品质量起到了积极作用。研究了纺织品检测的主要影响因素,采用PDCA方法和QMS质量管理,对纺织品质量控制中存在的问题提出了相应的解决措施和办法。分析了纺织品质控制的发展趋势,为纺织品检测的发展方向和创新策略提供了参考依据。Product quality has a decisive impact on the competitiveness of textile products,and the quality control of textile testing has played a positive role in improving the quality of textiles.The main influencing factors of textile testing were studied.Corresponding solutions and methods were proposed for the prob⁃lems in textile quality control by using the PDCA method and QMS quality management.The development trend of textile quality control was analyzed,to provide a reference basis for the development direction and innovative strategies of textile testing.
