摘　　要：非转移性黑色素瘤糖蛋白B(Gpnmb)是一种在低转移潜能黑色素细胞系中发现的Ⅰ型跨膜糖蛋白,可减轻免疫系统的炎症反应、促进损伤脑组织的修复、增加成骨细胞活性,并与皮肤系统疾病及多种恶性肿瘤的发生密切相关。糖尿病已成为目前我国日益严峻的公共卫生问题,而Gpnmb可能与糖代谢、胰岛素抵抗及糖尿病相关并发症的发生发展密切相关。但目前与其相关的病理机制尚未完全阐明,仍需进一步大量前瞻性研究探寻Gpnmb与糖尿病及其并发症的相关性,为糖尿病的治疗及预后提供可靠依据。Glycoprotein non-metastatic melanoma protein B(Gpnmb)is a typeⅠtransmembrane glycoprotein found in low metastatic potential melanin cell lines,which can reduce the inflammatory response of the immune system,promote the repair of damaged brain tissue,increase the activity of osteoblasts,and is closely related to the occurrence of skin system diseases and a variety of malignant tumors.Diabetes has become an increasingly serious public health problem in China,and Gpnmb may be closely related to the occurrence and development of glucose metabolism,insulin resistance and diabetic complications.However,the pathological mechanism of Gpnmb has not been fully elucidated,and a large number of prospective studies are still needed to explore the correlation of Gpnmb with diabetes and its complications,so as to provide a reliable basis for the treatment and prognosis of diabetes.
