摘　　要：年龄相关性白内障(ARC)是导致视力障碍的主要原因,随着我国人口老龄化的加剧,ARC的发病率也呈升高趋势。ARC术后干眼症的发生率较高,严重影响患者术后视觉质量和满意度。西医治疗ARC主要侧重于药物治疗(人工泪液、抗炎药物、糖皮质激素、乳铁蛋白等)和物理治疗(如湿房镜、睑板腺治疗、强光脉冲治疗)。中医治疗则基于辨证施治原则,采用中药汤剂、中成药、中药熏蒸、热敷、离子导入、针灸治疗、刮痧治疗和耳穴压豆等方法。虽然目前关于ARC的治疗已取得一定疗效,但仍存在治疗周期长、依从性不高等问题。因此,未来仍需深入探究ARC术后干眼症中西医治疗的新途径。Age-related cataract(ARC)is a leading cause of visual impairment.As China′s population ages,the incidence of ARC is also on the rise.A high incidence of postoperative dry eye syndrome is observed in ARC patients,significantly impacting their visual quality and overall satisfaction.Western medical treatments for ARC primarily involve pharmacotherapy(including artificial tears,anti-inflammatory drugs,glucocorticoids,and lactoferrin etc.)and physical therapy(such as humid chamber lenses,meibomian gland therapy,and pulsed light therapy).Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatments are grounded in the principles of syndrome differentiation,employing herbal decoctions,proprietary Chinese medicines,fumigation with herbal extracts,hot compresses,iontophoresis,acupuncture,guasha therapy,and auricular point pressing.While current treatments for ARC have shown some success,challenges remain including variations in long treatment durations,and low compliance to therapy.Thus,there is a continuing need for in-depth exploration of innovative treatments for postoperative dry eye syndrome in ARC with both western medicine and TCM approaches.
