摘　　要：质量控制在航空航天制造领域占据重要位置,航空航天产品的制造质量直接关系到产品、飞行人员的安全,关系到国家财产和国防安全。目前,国内外学者、企业在产品的质量预防和质量改进这两个方面做了较多研究,通过各种质量工具和分析方法对未发生的质量问题进行风险分析,制定预防措施,对已发生的质量问题查找根本原因并制定纠正措施,措施的针对性和有效性也得到了较大提升。但在措施后续实施过程管控方面尚缺乏相关研究,未对措施落地执行的效果进行控制。本文以措施为核心,建立了措施归口管控模型和基于艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线思想的措施复查模型,并以此为原理建立了纠正措施管理系统。该系统能够实时监控每条措施的执行情况,并根据每次复查情况自动调整措施的复查次数以及复查频率,实现了对措施复查情况的及时响应和复查计划的智能规划。通过该系统进行措施管理和复查,措施归零后的持续执行效果得到了较大提升,措施的管理成本大幅降低,也验证了管控模型和复查模型的合理性。Quality control plays an important role in the aerospace manufacturing field.The manufacturing quality of aerospace products is directly related to the safety of products,pilots,national property and national defense security.At present,domestic and foreign scholars and enterprises have done a lot of research in the two aspects of product quality prevention and quality improvement.Through various quality tools and analysis methods,they carry out risk analysis on the quality problems that have not occurred,formulate preventive measures,find the root causes of the quality problems that have occurred,and formulate corrective measures.The pertinence and effectiveness of the measures have also been greatly improved.However,there is still a lack of relevant research on the control of the follow-up implementation process of the measures,and the effect of the implementation of the measures has not been controlled.Taking measures as the core,this paper establishes a centralized management and control model of measures and a review model of measures based on Ebbinghaus forgetting curve,and establishes a corrective action management system based on this principle.The system can monitor the implementation of each measure in real time,and automatically adjust the review times and frequency of measures according to each review,realizing the timely response to the review of measures and the intelligent planning of review plan.Through the management and review of measures through the system,the continuous implementation effect of measures after zeroing has been greatly improved,the management cost of measures has also been significantly reduced,and the rationality of the control model and review model has also been verified.
