摘　　要：成年患者经外周静脉导管进行短期输液治疗时最常见的并发症是静脉炎。本研究对经外周静脉导管输液发生静脉炎的影响因素、预防、治疗措施三方面进行综述,以期为降低成年患者外周静脉导管静脉炎的发生率、减轻疼痛、提高患者满意度和依从性的研究提供参考。The most common complication of short-term infusion therapy with peripheral venous catheters in adult patients is phlebitis.The influencing factors,prevention and treatment measures of adult patients’peripheral venous catheter phlebitis were reviewed in order to provide reference for decreasing the incidence of adult patients’peripheral venous catheter phlebitis,reducing pain,and improving patients’satisfaction and compliance.
