摘　　要：目的评价聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射联合腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法回顾性分析2022年1月-2023年9月在我院治疗的138例大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料,按治疗方式不同分为观察组(A组,n=69)与对照组(B组,n=69),A组采用聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射联合腔内激光治疗;B组采用传统大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱手术治疗。比较A组、B组手术相关指标、治疗前后严重程度(VCSS评分)、并发症发生情况、局部复发率及手术疗效。结果A组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均显著短于或少于B组(P<0.05);治疗前A组、B组VCSS评分差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后A组、B组VCSS评分较治疗前均有显著降低(P<0.05),治疗后A组VCSS评分显著低于B组(P<0.05);A组并发症总发生率显著低于B组(P<0.05);A组的局部复发率显著低于B组(P<0.05);A组总有效率显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射联合腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张手术时间短、创伤小、术后康复快、术后并发症少、复发率低、疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy combined with endovenous laser treatment for great saphenous vein varicosity.Methods A total of 138 patients with great saphenous vein varicosity from January 2022 to September 2023 were divided into observation group(Group A,n=69)and control group(Group B,n=69)according to different treatment methods.The patients in Group A were treated with lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy combined with endovenous laser treatment,while those in Group B were treated with traditional high ligation and stripping of great saphenous vein.The relative indexes of operation,the severity(VCSS score)before and after treatment,the occurrence of complications,the local recurrence rate and the operative effect were compared between Group A and Group B.Results The operation time,blood loss and hospital stay in Group A were significantly shorter or less than those in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VCSS scores between Group A and B before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VCSS scores of Group A and B were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05)and those of Group A were significantly lower than those of group B(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in Group A was significantly lower than that in Group B(P<0.05),the local recurrence rate in Group A was significantly lower than that in Group B(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy combined with endovenous laser treatment has the advantages of short operation time,less trauma,quick postoperative recovery,less postoperative complications,low recurrence rate and remarkable curative effect.
