抗菌药物不良反应的帕累托图分析

摘　　要：目的分析抗菌药物药品不良反应的临床特点,为保障药品安全使用和风险防范提供参考依据。方法收集2022年1月-2023年12月我院上报到国家药品不良反应监测中心系统的123例抗菌药物药品不良反应报告,对相关因素进行帕累托图分析。结果123例抗菌药物药品不良反应报告中,男性80例(65.04%),女性43例(34.96%)。61-80岁(40.65%)和41-60岁(29.27%)年龄段报告占比大。帕累托图分析结果显示,抗菌药物不良反应药品类别主要因素为β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复方制剂、喹诺酮类、抗真菌药物、糖肽类。累及系统/器官的主要因素为皮肤及其附件、血液系统、中枢及外周神经系统、全身性损害。结论抗菌药物药品不良反应与多因素有关。抗菌药物使用时应加强监护,重点关注主要药品和累及系统/器官,保障用药安全性。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)of antibiotics,to ensure the safe use of drugs and risk prevention to provide a reference.Methods 123 cases of ADR reports in duced by antibiotics reported to the national ADR monitoring system in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were collected,and related factors were analyzed by pareto chart.Results Among the 123 cases of ADR caused by antibiotics,80 were male cases(65.04%),and 43 were female cases(34.96%),61-80 years old(40.65%)and 41-60 years old(29.27%),accounted for a large proportion.Pareto chart analysis showed,β-lactamase inhibitor compound preparation,quinolone,antifungal drug,and glycopeptides were the major factors in antibiotics ADR drugs.The systems/organs major factors were related to skin and its accessories,the blood system,central and peripheral nervous system,systemic damage.Conclusion ADR caused by antibiotics is related to a variety of factors.Monitoring should be strengthened when antibiotics are used,focus on major drugs and systems/organs involved,and ensure the safety of drug.
