新型隐球菌性脑膜炎脑脊液检验方法的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究新型隐球菌性脑膜炎脑脊液检验方法的诊断价值。方法选择2023年3月-2024年3月在我院接受治疗的80例新型隐球菌性脑膜炎患者参与研究。使用隐球菌荚膜多糖检测胶体金法、墨汁染色法以及真菌培养法三种检验方法对80例患者的脑脊液进行检验。对比三种检测方法的阳性检出率。结果真菌培养法的阳性检出率最高,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在新型隐球菌性脑膜炎患者诊断中,使用真菌培养法进行检测的阳性检出率最高。Objective To study the diagnostic value of cerebrospinal fluid testing methods for cryptococcal meningitis.Methods 80 patients with novel cryptococcal meningitis who received treatment in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected for the study.The cerebrospinal fluid of 80 patients was tested using three testing methods:colloidal gold method,ink staining method,and fungal culture method for detecting cryptococcal capsule polysaccharides.Compare the positive detection rates of three detection methods.Results The fungal culture method had the highest positive detection rate,and there was a significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of patients with cryptococcal meningitis,the use of fungal culture method has the highest positive detection rate.
