摘 要:目的探究急危重症院前急救规范化技术集成创新及其应用推广在提高医院职工急救知识和技能操作熟练度以及提高患者满意度方面的效果。方法选取2020年7月-2023年6月河池市人民医院320名职工按照时间分为研究组和对照组,对320名医院职工实施急危重症院前急救规范化技术集成创新管理,研究组为实施后,对照组为实施前。分别评估两组在实施前后的急救知识掌握率、技能操作熟练度及患者对其急救服务的满意度。结果急危重症院前急救规范化技术集成创新及应用推广实施后,研究组急救知识掌握率、技能操作熟练度及患者对其急救服务的满意度均比对照组显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院职工接受急危重症院前急救规范化技术集成创新管理后,其急救知识、技能操作熟练度和患者满意度均有明显提高,表明该模式值得在医院中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of standardized technology integration and innovation and its application and promotion in improving the first-aid knowledge and skills,operation proficiency of hospital staff and improving patient satisfaction.Methods From July 2020 to June 2023,320 employees of our hospital were divided into the research group and the control group according to the time,and 320 hospital employees were selected to implement the integrated and innovative management of standardized technology for acute and critical pre-hospital first aid,with the research group being after the implementation and the control group being before the implementation.The first aid knowledge mastery rate,skill operation proficiency and patients’satisfaction with the first aid service before and after the implementation of the two groups were evaluated.Results After the integrated innovation and application promotion of standardized technology for acute and critical care pre-hospital,the first aid knowledge mastery rate,skill operation proficiency and patients’satisfaction with the emergency service in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After receiving the integrated and innovative management of prehospital emergency care standardization technology,the hospital staff had significantly improved their first aid knowledge,skill operation proficiency and patient satisfaction,indicating that this model is worthy of promotion and application in hospitals.
