诃子制铁棒锤乙酸乙酯部位化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究诃子制铁棒锤乙酸乙酯部位化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、MCI柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和半制备高效液相色谱等方法对诃子制铁棒锤进行系统分离研究,并应用现代波谱技术结合文献对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为3,5-Di-O-galloylshikimic acid(1)、3,4,8,9,10-Pentahydroxy-dibenzo[b,d]pyran-6-one(2)、3,4,5-Tri-O-galloylshikimic acid(3)、没食子酸(4)、没食子酸-5-羟甲基糠醛酯(5)、没食子酸甲酯(6)、鞣花酸(7)。结论:所得化合物可能是药效成分,旨在为诃子制铁棒锤药效物质基础研究提供了参考。Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate fraction of Aconitum pendulum Busch.processed with Terminalia chebula Retz.Methods:The compounds from Aconitum pendulum Busch.processed with Terminalia chebula Retz.were systematically isolated and purified by using various chromatographic separation and analysis techniques,including silicagel,MCI,Sephadex LH-20 chromatographies and semi-preparative HPLC.The structures were identified by modern spectral analysis and literature.Results:Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 3,5-Di-O-galloylshikimic acid(1),3,4,8,9,10-Pentahydroxydibenzo[b,d]pyran-6-one(2),3,4,5-Tri-O-galloylshikimic acid(3),gallic acid(4),Gallate-5-hydroxymethylfurfural ester(5),methyl gallate(6),ellagic acid(7).Conclusion:The obtained compounds may be pharmacological components which provide a reference for the basic research of pharmacodynamic substances of Aconitum pendulum Busch.processed with Terminalia chebula Retz.
