基于“玄府-神机”探析“风药通玄达神”治疗重症肌无力

摘　　要：分重症肌无力(myasthenia gravis,MG)是一种神经-肌肉接头(neuromuscular junction,NMJ)处传递功能障碍的自身免疫病,以骨骼肌诸肌群异常无力、肌力减退为主症,呈发病部位与时相多变的特点。MG与中医学“睢目”、“胞垂”、“睑废”、“痿证”等病证类似,累及中医学筋骨肉等组织结构,传统多从肝肾脾等脏辨治。本文基于玄府学术思想及风药理论的发展,从“玄府-神机”“风药通玄达神”探讨MG的中医学生理病理基础及治疗,以期为MG的中医病机认识及诊疗提供新的思路。Myasthenia gravis(MG)is an autoimmune disease caused by transmission defects at neuromuscular junction(NMJ).It is mainly characterized by location-and time-variant abnormal weakness and decreased muscle strength of skeletal muscle groups.MG is similar to Suimu,Baochui,Jianfei and Weizheng in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).MG involves the tendons,bones and muscles in TCM,and is traditionally differentiated and treated from the aspects of the liver,kidney and spleen.Based on theory of Xuanfu and Fengyao,the paper analyzed the physiological and pathological basis of MG from Xuanfu-Shenji and treatment of MG by unblocking Xuanfu and harmonizing Shenji with Fengyao to provide new thoughts for understanding the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of MG.
