摘 要:通过走访调研与实地考察,结合文献筛选、数据挖掘整理,汇总当前药渣处理方案、适用范围、优缺点及未来发展,根据不同药渣的特性,因材而用,最大化利用药渣价值,实现药渣资源循环,减少污染。具体方案如下:二次提取有效成分、制备造纸原料、发酵堆肥而肥沃土壤、化为植物肥料、变为动物饲料及添加剂、制作菌类培养基、利用厌氧发酵制备沼气、助力废水处理、再提取天然色素、制作杀虫剂、利用热化学转化技术再生资源减少污染,共11类。本文旨于讨论上述方案的可行性及发展规划,探寻在中医药产业蓬勃发展的背景下,扩展中药渣资源化循环再利用的途径与方法,改善药渣处理现状,减少药渣对环境的污染。Through visiting research and field investigation,combined with literature screening,data mining and collation,we summarize the current dregs treatment options,scope of application,advantages and disadvantages and future development.According to the characteristics of different drug residues,the drug residue was used according to the material,so as to maximize the value of drug residue,realize the recycling of drug residue resources and reduce pollution.A total of 11 categories were suggested.The specific solutions are as follows:secondary extraction of active ingredients,preparation of raw materials for papermaking,fermentation and composting to enrich the soil,preparation of plant fertilizers,preparation of animal feed and additives,production of fungal media,use of anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas,help wastewater treatment,extraction of natural pigments,production of pesticides,use of thermo-chemical conversion technology to regenerate resources to reduce pollution.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the feasibility and development planning of the above options,to explore ways and means of expanding the resourceful recycling and reuse of Chinese medicine dregs,to improve the current situation of dregs treatment,and to reduce the pollution of dregs to the environment under the background of the vigorous development of Chinese medicine industry.
