摘 要:随着分子生物学和生物信息学的快速发展,分子育种技术在动物育种领域取得了显著成果。该文主要探讨了分子育种技术在牦牛育种中的应用,简述分子育种技术的基本原理和方法,包括分子标记辅助选择、基因组选择和基因编辑等,详细介绍了分子育种技术在牦牛遗传改良、品种选育和抗病力提高等方面的应用实例,为我国牦牛产业的发展提供了理论依据和技术支持,为提高牦牛育种效率、促进品种改良和产业发展提供了新的思路和方法。With the rapid development of molecular biology and bioinformatics,molecular breeding technology has achieved remarkable results in the field of animal breeding.This paper mainly discusses the application of molecular breeding technology in yak breeding,briefly describes the basic principles and methods of molecular breeding technology,including molecular marker-assisted selection,genome selection and gene editing,etc.,and introduces in detail the examples of application of molecular breeding technology in yak genetic improvement,breed selection and disease resistance enhancement,etc.,which provide theoretical basis and technical support for the development of China's yak industry,and offer new ideas and methods to improve the breeding efficiency,promote breed improvement and industrial development of yak.It provides new ideas and methods to improve the breeding efficiency,promote breed improvement and industrial development.
