摘  要:目的探讨男性2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者低睾酮水平的现状及危险因素。方法选取2023年12月至2024年3月就诊于内蒙古自治区人民医院的25~65岁符合要求的52例男性T2DM患者作为研究对象,统计分析雄激素水平与相关指标的关系。结果52例患者中,低睾酮人数占25%(13/52);计算生物利用睾酮(cBT)与年龄、糖尿病病程及糖尿病并发症数量均呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);cBT与身体质量指数(BMI)、高血压、高脂血症、吸烟史、饮酒史、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β无相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雄激素水平与年龄、糖尿病病程及糖尿病并发症呈负相关,通过积极控制血糖、血压、血脂,可最大限度预防整体并发症的发生发展,更好地预防低睾酮引起的性功能障碍的发生发展。Objective To investigate the current status and risk factors of low testosterone levels in male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 52 male patients with T2DM aged 25-65 who met the requirements in the People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from December 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and the relationship between androgen levels and related indicators was statistically analyzed.Results A total of 52 patients,25%(13/52)had low testosterone;The calculated bioavailability of testosterone(cBT)was negatively correlated with age,duration of diabetes mellitus and the number of diabetic complications,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between cBT and BMI,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,smoking history,alcohol consumption history,HbAlc,fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),HOMA-IR,HOMA-β(P>0.05).Conclusion Androgen levels are negatively correlated with age,diabetes course and diabetic complications,and the occurrence and development of sexual dysfunction caused by low testosterone can be better prevented by actively controlling blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipids.
