摘 要:针对组合机床通用部件镗孔车端面动力头镗刀杆径向移动不能数控控制的不足,设计了一种采用伺服电机驱动的镗刀杆径向运动的结构方案。将平旋盘镗刀杆径向往复运动由液压缸驱动转换成伺服电机驱动,实现对平旋盘镗刀杆径向运动的伺服控制。使得平旋盘具备自动粗精镗内孔、台阶孔、锥孔、端面,通过合理布置多刀实现内孔、外圆、端面的多工序加工。拓宽了机床加工工艺,提高了生产效率。在数控组合镗床上实现柔性化加工,得到广泛应用。JTo address the limitations of conventional CNC control for the radial movement of boring bar on general components of combined machine tools,a structural design utilizing a servo motor-driven boring bar radial movement scheme has been developed.This design transforms the hydraulic cylinder-driven recipro-cating radial motion of the boring bar on the rotary table into servo motor-driven,enabling servo control o-ver the radial movement of the boring bar on the rotary table.This modification enables the rotary table to automatically rough and finish bore inner holes,step holes,tapered holes,and end faces by arranging mul-tiple tools effectively for multi-process machining of inner holes,outer circles,and end faces.This widens the machining capability of the machine tool and enhances production efficiency.The flexible processing a-chieved on the CNC combination boring machine has found extensive applications.
