摘　　要：随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,医疗机构面临着前所未有的发展机遇与挑战。本文旨在探讨公立医院改革与高质量发展背景下,基于紧密型城市医疗集团的现行实践,探索构建医疗竞合机制的可能性与实现路径,为医疗体系改革理论研究提供了新的分析角度。As the reform of the medical and health care system progresses,medical institutions are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Within the context of public hospital reform and high-quality development,this paper explores the feasibility and pathways for establishing a medical co-opetition mechanism based on the current practices of integrated urban medical groups,thereby providing a novel analytical angle for the theoretical research on medical system reform.
