摘　　要：在新时代背景下,加强公立医院党的建设工作特别是统战工作,对于提升医疗服务水平、构建和谐医患关系、夯实团结机制以及推动医院高质量发展具有重要意义。文章以苏州大学附属第一医院为例,探讨了在加强党的建设背景下,公立医院如何有效开展统战工作,以及如何通过统战工作促进医院各项工作的全面发展。In the backdrop of the new era,enhancing Party building in public hospitals,particularly the united front work,holds great significance for elevating medical service standards,fostering harmonious doctor-patient relationships,consolidating mechanisms of unity,and promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.In this case study with the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University,the authors explored how public hospitals can effectively conduct united front work in the context of strengthening Party construction and leveraging this work to promote comprehensive development in all aspects of the hospital.
