摘　　要：本文以梧州市为例,探讨公立医院标准化党务工作体系建设与提升党建高质量发展的路径。明确了党建、党务工作及党务标准化的内涵与关系,阐述了党务标准化建设的必要性和路径。分析当前建设现状及存在问题,包括认识不足、执行力度待加强、能力弱及融合成效低等。提出改进措施,如党委引领、精准施训、构建体系、务实推进等。最后讨论了构建完善党务标准化体系、打造特色党建品牌、加强队伍建设、推动党建业务深度融合等内容,为公立医院提升党建质量提供参考。Taking Wuzhou as an example,this paper investigates the construction of the standardized Party affairs system in public hospitals and the path for enhancing Party building quality.It clarifies the connotations and relationships of Party building,Party affairs,and Party affairs standardization,and elaborates on the necessity and path of Party affairs standardization.Subsequently,an analysis of the current situation and existing problems,such as insufficient understanding,weak implementation,limited capabilities,and poor integration,is presented.Then,improvement measures,including Party committee guidance,precise training,system construction,and practical promotion of relevant work,are proposed.Finally,the paper discusses the construction and improvement of the standardized Party affairs system,team building,and the deep integration of Party building and hospital operations,providing a reference for improving Party building quality in public hospitals.
