摘　　要：中医院作为我国医疗卫生体系的重要组成部分,肩负着推广中医文化、服务人民健康的重要使命。但其在快速发展的同时,部分医院存在廉洁文化建设滞后、医疗质量与服务不断遭受挑战等问题。文章通过对中医院廉洁文化创新与医院管理的辩证关系进行深入分析,旨在探索有效的中医院廉洁文化建设策略,促进中医院廉洁文化的创新与发展,并提升医院整体管理水平和服务质量,以期为我国中医院廉洁文化建设与管理创新提供理论参考和实践指导。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals,integral to China’s health care system,bear the significant responsibility of promoting TCM culture and serving the public.Despite their rapid growth,some hospitals are encountering problems such as lagging integrity culture development and ongoing challenges to medical quality and services.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the dialectical relationship between the innovation of integrity culture and hospital management within TCM hospitals.It aims to identify effective strategies for building an integrity culture,thereby driving its innovation and development.By enhancing the overall management standards and service quality,these efforts aspire to elevate the hospital’s performance.The paper seeks to provide theoretical insights and practical guidance for the construction and innovative management of integrity culture in TCM hospitals in China.
