摘　　要：目的观察ALA-光动力联合二氧化碳激光治疗寻常疣及对外周人β-防御素-2(HBD-2)的影响。方法根据随机数字表将60例患者分为两组,各30例。观察组实施二氧化碳激光联合ALA-光动力疗法治疗,对照组实施二氧化碳激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏外用,连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、血清学指标[HBD-2、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)]、复发率、不良反应。结果与对照组治疗总有效率比较,观察组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组HBD-2、CRP、TBF-ɑ均降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组复发率较对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ALA-光动力联合二氧化碳激光治疗可有效调节寻常疣患者外周HBD-2及炎症因子水平,提高疣体清除率,降低复发率,且治疗具有较高安全性。Objective To observe the effects of ALA-photodynamic combined with carbon dioxide laser on the treatment of common warts and peripheral humanβ-defensin-2(HBD-2).Methods According to a random number table,60 patients treated were divided into 2 groups with 30 cases each.The observation group was treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with ALA-photodynamic therapy,while the control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with imiquimod cream for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,serological indexes[HBD-2,C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha)],recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HBD-2,CRP and TBF-alpha in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion ALA-photodynamic combined with carbon dioxide laser therapy can effectively regulate the levels of peripheral HBD-2 and inflammatory factors in patients with common warts,improve the clearance rate of warts,reduce the recurrence rate,and the treatment has a high safety.
