摘　　要：目的 应用UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS技术对中药鸡冠花子中化学成分进行定性分析。方法 采用UPLC-ESI-Q-TOFMS技术采集数据,通过高分辨质谱提供的精确分子量和碎片离子信息,结合SciFinder数据库、青葙属相关文献、对照品信息、裂解规律进行数据分析。结果 从鸡冠花子中共鉴定出76个化学成分,包含13个环肽、18个三萜、16个黄酮、11个酚、6个苯丙素、4个甾体和8个其他类化合物,其中27个化学成分为该种首次发现。并首次归纳荨麻科类型环肽和茄科类型环肽的质谱裂解特点。结论 建立的UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS对鸡冠花子中化学成分进行快速、准确、全面分析,为其质量控制和药效物质基础阐明提供科学依据。OBJECTIVE To qualitatively analyse the chemical constituents from the seeds of Celosia cristata L.based on UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS.METHODS The mass spectrum data were collected by UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS.The data were analyzed by precise molecular weight and fragment ion information provided by high-resolution mass spectrometry,combined with SciFinder database,relevant literatures of Celosia,reference materials and mass fragmentation patterns.RESULTS A total of 76 compounds were identified from the seeds of Celosia cristata,including 13 cyclopeptides,18 triterpenoids,16 flavonoids,11 phenols,6 phenylpropanoids,4 steroids,and 8 other compounds.Among them,27 compounds were reported for the first time from this species.And this study explored the mass fragmentation pattern of Urticaceae-type cyclopeptides and Solanaceae-type cyclopeptides for the first time.CONCLUSION The study provides a quick,accurate,comprehensive analysis of chemical constituents in the seeds of Celosia cristata,and so as to provide a scientific basis for the clarification of quality control and pharmacodynamical material basis with the seeds of Celosia cristata.
