摘 要:预镀镍钢壳内表面的石墨涂层对碱性锌锰电池的电化学性能有着重要影响。本文提出了一种由硅酸锂、硅酸钠、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚乙二醇组成的表面处理剂用于预镀镍钢壳的封闭保护和提高钢壳表面达因值,以利于表面防锈以及水性石墨乳的喷涂。处理后的钢壳在35℃下用质量分数为5%的NaCl溶液进行盐雾实验,4 h不生锈,其达因值高达40 dyn/cm。相较传统的油性石墨乳喷涂技术,本文采用更为经济环保的水性石墨乳喷涂在处理后的钢壳内表面,形成黏附牢固且均匀致密的石墨涂层,使得钢壳的电导率提高了2.38 S/cm。在大规模的生产应用中,组装的LR6型电池在3.9Ω下的放电时间约为409 min;在25℃下放置30天和60℃下放置8周后,放电时间衰减率分别为0.58%和8.65%。Graphite coating on the inner surface of nickel-plated steel cans had a significant effect on the electrochemical performance of alkaline Zn-MnO_(2) batteries.In this paper,a surface treating agent consisting of lithium silicate,sodium silicate,polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane,and polyethylene glycol was proposed for achieving the sealing protection and Dyne-value enhancement of pre-nickel-plated steel cans,which facilitated the rust prevention on the surface,as well as the spraying of water-based graphite emulsion.The treated steel cans were subjected to salt spray tests with 5% NaCl solution at 35 ℃ for 4 h without rusting,and its Dyne-value was up to 40 dyn/cm.Compared with the traditional spraying technology of oil-based graphite emulsion,this paper adopted the more economical and environmentally friendly water-based graphite emulsion spraying on the inner surface of treated steel cans to form a firmly adhered and uniformly dense graphite coating,so that the electrical conductivity of steel cans was increased by 2.38 S/cm.For large-scale production,the discharge time of assembled LR6-type batteries with continuous discharge at 3.9 Ω was about 409 min,which was attenuated by 0.58% and 8.65% after storage at 25 ℃ for 30 days and 60 ℃ for 8 weeks,respectively.
