摘 要:目前海上油田注聚工艺以单管分层注聚工艺为主,测调时需要钢丝作业配合,存在测调效率低、受井斜限制等问题。因此,提出一种适用于海上油田的缆控智能注聚系统设计方案,该系统完井时采用单芯钢管电缆与各级井下智能注聚测调工作筒连接,解决了井斜超过60°的井测试调配问题;地面控制系统通过下入的单芯钢管电缆传输地面控制器指令,实时调节井下智能注聚测调工作筒的注聚量,解决了测调效率低的问题。室内实验和现场试验表明:该系统不受井斜限制,实现了注聚井单层流量、压力、温度等参数的实时监测与流量控制,较单管分层注聚工艺提高流量测调效率20倍,聚合物黏度保留率大于85%。At present,the polymer injection process in offshore oil fields mainly employs a single-pipe layered polymer injection process,and both measurement and adjustment there asks for cooperation with steel wire operation,and lower testing and adjustment efficiency and well deviation limitations bother it.In this paper,a cable-controlled intelligent polymer injection system suitable for offshore oil fields was proposed.In which,having a single-core steel tube cable adopted to connect with all levels of underground intelligent polymer injection test-adjustment cylinders,which solved well test deployment when the well deviation exceeded 60°.The ground control system transmitted the instructions of the ground controller via the singlecore steel tube cable and real-time adjusted the injection amount of the test-adjustment cylinder,which solved low efficiency of the test and adjustment.Both laboratory and field tests show that,the well deviation limits the system nothing and both real-time monitoring and flow control of single-layer flow,pressure,temperature and other parameters in the polymer injection well can be realized.Compared with the single-pipe stratified polymer injection process,the efficiency of flow measurement and adjustment can be improved by20 times and the retention rate of polymer viscosity is greater than 85%.
