摘　　要：目的探讨微信群同伴教育及心理弹性支持对孕期合并梅毒患者妊娠结局和心理状态的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2022年12月在郑州大学第一附属医院诊治的妊娠合并梅毒患者113例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(57例)和研究组(56例)。对照组接受心理弹性支持,研究组在对照组基础上接受微信群同伴教育。比较两组妊娠不良结局、新生儿不良结局发生情况,以及干预前后的心理弹性、情绪、简易应对方式。结果研究组不良妊娠结局率、不良新生儿结局发生率低于与对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组心理弹性、心理状态、应对方式改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信群同伴教育及心理弹性支持应用于妊娠合并梅毒患者,可有效降低妊娠不良结局和新生儿不良结局,提高患者的心理弹性,缓解不良心理状态。Objective To explore the influence of peer education and psychological resilience support of WeChat group on pregnancy outcome and psychological state of patients with syphilis during pregnancy.Methods From December 2019 to December 2022,113 cases of pregnancy complicated with syphilis treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into control group(57 cases)and research group(56 cases).The control group received psychological resilience support,while the research group received peer education of WeChat group on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome,as well as psychological resilience,emotion and simple coping style before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome and adverse neonatal outcome in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the resilience,mental state and coping style of the two groups were improved,and the research group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat group peer education and psychological resilience support to pregnant women complicated with syphilis can effectively reduce the adverse outcomes of pregnancy and newborns,improve the psychological resilience of patients and alleviate the adverse psychological state.
