摘 要:目的探讨盆底康复训练配合盆底生物反馈治疗对产妇产后盆底肌力及肌电、盆底功能的影响。方法选择2022年6月—2023年6月于我院生产的46例产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组23例。对照组产后采用盆底康复训练治疗,观察组采用盆底康复训练配合盆底生物反馈治疗,两组均持续治疗2个月。比较两组产妇治疗前后的盆底肌力及肌电、盆底功能状况。结果治疗后,观察组盆底肌力情况优于对照组,观察组前静息状态肌电值为(2.13±0.32)μV,后静息状态肌电值为(2.35±0.24)μV,均低于对照组的(3.02±0.31)μV、(3.06±0.18)μV,观察组盆底功能障碍问卷评分中膀胱功能评分为(82.59±5.13)分,盆腔功能评分为(81.28±5.15)分及肠道功能评分为(82.38±6.35)分,均高于对照组的(72.42±5.22)分、(73.54±5.29)分、(74.61±6.74)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复训练配合盆底生物反馈治疗可有效增强产妇产后的盆底肌力,改善盆底肌电情况,促进产妇盆底功能恢复。Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation training and pelvic floor biofeedback therapy on puerpera postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength,electromyography and pelvic floor function.Methods A total of 46 puerpera who gove birth in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor rehabilitation training after delivery,and the observation group used pelvic floor rehabilitation training and pelvic floor biofeedback treatment,which continued for 2 months.Compare the pelvic floor muscle strength and electromyography and pelvic floor function between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the preresting state electromyographic values was(2.13±0.32)μV and post resting state electromyographic values was(2.35±0.24)μV of the observation group were lower than(3.02±0.31)μV and(3.06±0.18)μV of the control group,respectively,the bladder function score was(82.59±5.13)points,pelvic function score was(81.28±5.15)points,and intestinal function score was(82.38±6.35)points of the observation group between groups were higher than(72.42±5.22)points,(73.54±5.29)points,and(74.61±6.74)points of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with pelvic floor biofeedback treatment can effectively enhance the puerpera postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength,improve the pelvic floor electromyography,and promote the recovery of puerpera pelvic floor function.
