摘　　要：目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦对慢性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能、心功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2023年6月我院收治的120例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗。比较两组的血管内皮功能、心功能及生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组血清内皮素水平低于对照组,血清降钙素基因相关肽和一氧化氮合酶水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的每搏输出量、心输出量均多于对照组,射血分数高于对照组,左心室收缩末期血容量和左心室舒张末期血容量均少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组明尼苏达州心功能不全生命质量量表评分低于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗能有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者的血管内皮功能和心功能,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of sacubitril valsartan on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,while the observation group was treated with a combination of sacubitril valsartan ou the basis of the control group.Compare the endothelial function,cardiac function,and quality of life between two groups.Results After treatment,the serum endothelin level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the serum calcitonin gene-related peptide and nitric oxide synthase levels were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the stroke volume,cardiac output of the observation group were more than those of the control group,the ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the left ventricular end systolic blood volume and left ventricular end diastolic blood volume were less than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower scores on the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale compared to the control group,and had a longer 6-minute walking distance than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan can effectively improve vascular endothelial function,cardiac function,and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.
