摘　　要：目的探讨基于日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分的个性化护理联合腰椎深层肌训练在行单侧双通道内镜(UBE)治疗的腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年12月—2023年11月滨州医学院附属医院收治的80例行UBE治疗的LSS患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取基于ADL评分的个性化护理联合腰椎深层肌训练。对比两组的腰椎功能、日常生活活动能力、生活质量。结果护理前,两组腰椎功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组日本骨科协会腰椎功能评分中的主观症状、临床体征、日常活动受限评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组日常生活活动能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组ADL评分均高于护理前,且观察组ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组健康调查简表各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于ADL评分的个性化护理联合腰椎深层肌训练能增强LSS患者术后功能的康复效果,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing based on Activity of Daily Living(ADL)score combined with deep lumbar muscle training in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)treated with unilateral biportal endoscopy(UBE).Methods A total of 80 patients with LSS who underwent UBE treatment at the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from December 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received personalized nursing based on ADL score combined with deep lumbar muscle training.Compare the lumbar spine function,daily living activities,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in lumbar spine function between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the subjective symptoms,clinical signs,and daily activity restriction scores in the Japanese Orthopedic Association lumbar spine function score of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in activity of daily living between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the ADL scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the MOS 36-item Short Form Health survey scores in all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and there were tistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).
