坤泰胶囊联合地屈孕酮对围绝经期综合征患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探究坤泰胶囊联合地屈孕酮对围绝经期综合征(MPS)患者的影响。方法选择2022年3月—2023年3月本院收治的84例MPS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组采用地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组采用地屈孕酮片联合坤泰胶囊治疗,两组均持续治疗3个月。对比两组患者的子宫内膜厚度、临床疗效、血清性激素水平、生存质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平均低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组更年期生存质量量表各个维度评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在MPS患者中,使用坤泰胶囊联合地屈孕酮治疗可更好地促进患者子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平改善,提高生存质量,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effects of kuntai capsules combined with dexmedetone on patients with menopausal syndrome(MPS).Methods A total of 84 MPS patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Desdrogestone Tablets,and the observation group was treated with desdrogestone tablets combined with kuntai capsules.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Endometrial thickness,clinical efficacy,serum sex hormone level,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness in the observation group was thinner than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of follide stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05);the scores of menopause quality of life scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In MPS patients,the use of kuntai capsules combined with dexmedetone can better promote the improvement of endometrial thickness and sex hormone levels in patients,improve their quality of life,and have high safety.
