除湿止痒汤熏洗坐浴联合红核妇洁洗液治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨除湿止痒汤熏洗坐浴联合红核妇洁洗液治疗霉菌性阴道炎(FV)的临床效果。方法选取我院2021年1月—2023年1月收治的120例FV患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用除湿止痒汤熏洗坐浴联合红核妇洁洗液治疗,两组均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、炎症反应、临床症状评分、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项临床症状评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生存质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论除湿止痒汤熏洗坐浴联合红核妇洁洗液可提高FV患者疗效,加快机体炎症消退,减轻疾病症状,安全可行。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of chushi zhiyang decoction fumigation and sitz bath with honghe fujie washing solution in the treatment of fungal vaginitis(FV).Methods A total of 120 FV patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the combination of chushi zhiyang decoction and honghe fujie washing solution on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory response,clinical symptom score,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand monocyte chemotactic protein-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05);the scores of clinical symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of chushi zhiyang decoction fumigation and sitz bath with honghe fujie washing solution can improve the therapeutic effect of FV patients,accelerate the resolution of inflammation,alleviate disease symptoms,and is safe and feasible.
