益气通络汤联合贝那普利及美托洛尔治疗老年高血压合并慢性心力衰竭患者的效果  

Effect of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction Combined with Benazepril and Metoprolol on Elderly Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Chronic Heart Failure

摘　　要：目的分析益气通络汤联合贝那普利、美托洛尔对老年高血压合并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的影响。方法选取2020年11月—2023年9月烟台海港医院收治的82例老年高血压合并CHF患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组采用贝那普利、美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以益气通络汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、血压变化、心功能、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组收缩压为(137.25±6.35)mmHg,舒张压为(80.35±5.29)mmHg,均低于对照组的(148.83±8.63)mmHg、(92.14±6.34)mmHg,左心室舒张末期内径为(35.73±3.57)mm,左心室收缩末期内径为(41.34±4.75)mm,均短于对照组的(45.21±4.13)mm、(48.20±6.21)mm,左室射血分数为(50.83±5.26)%,高于对照组的(44.28±4.01)%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气通络汤联合贝那普利及美托洛尔可降低老年高血压合并CHF患者的血压,改善心功能,且无严重不良反应。Objective To analyze the effects of yiqi tongluo decoction combined with benazepril and metoprolol on elderly patients with hypertension complicated with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with hypertension combined with CHF admitted to Yantai Harbor Hospital from November 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril and metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with yiqi tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure changes,cardiac function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were(137.25±6.35)mmHg and(80.35±5.29)mmHg,which were lower than(148.83±8.63)mmHg and(92.14±6.34)mmHg of the control group,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was(35.73±3.57)mm,left ventricular end-systolic diameter was(41.34±4.75)mm,which were shorter than(45.21±4.13)mm,(48.20±6.21)mm of the control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction was(50.83±5.26)%,which was higher than(44.28±4.01)%of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi tongluo decoction combined with benazepril and metoprolol can reduce blood pressure and improve cardiac function in elderly patients with hypertension and CHF without serious adverse reactions.
