密集型银质针对肩关节炎患者疼痛及肩关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨密集型银质针对肩关节炎患者疼痛及肩关节功能的影响。方法选取2021年8月—2024年1月湖南省人民医院收治的86例肩关节炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用密集型银质针治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、肩关节活动度、肩关节功能、疼痛程度、日常生活能力。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,日常生活能力量表评分高于对照组,Constant-Murley肩关节功能评定量表中肌力、疼痛、关节活动范围和日常生活活动评分均高于对照组,肩关节后伸、外展、前屈活动度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论密集型银质针可减轻肩关节炎患者的疼痛,改善其肩关节功能及肩关节活动度,提高其日常生活能力,效果确切,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of dense silver needle on pain and shoulder joint function in patients with shoulder arthritis.Methods A total of 86 patients with shoulder arthritis admitted to Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from August 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage,and the observation group was treated with dense silver needle on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,shoulder joint range of motion,shoulder joint function,pain degree and ability of daily living of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Visual Analogue Scale of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the score of Activities of Daily Living Scale was higher than that in the control group,the scores of muscle strength,pain,joint range of motion and activities of daily living in Constant-Murley Shoulder Scale were higher than those in the control group,and the mobility of shoulder joint retroextension,abduction and anterior flexion were greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dense silver needle can reduce the pain of shoulder arthritis patients,improve their shoulder joint function and shoulder joint range of motion,improve their ability of daily living,the effect is accurate,worthy of promotion.
