身痛逐瘀汤联合经筋刺法治疗对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者血清炎性因子及疼痛症状的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨身痛逐瘀汤联合经筋刺法治疗对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者血清炎性因子及疼痛症状的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月泰和县人民医院收治的60例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用身痛逐瘀汤联合经筋刺法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、炎性因子水平、疼痛程度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-17、白细胞介素-1β、重组人CXC趋化因子配体10水平均低于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论身痛逐瘀汤联合经筋刺法治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果显著,可减轻炎症反应及疼痛,促进恢复。Objective To explore the effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with meridian sinew needling method on serum inflammatory factors and pain symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation type of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods Sixty patients with type of qi stagnation and blood stasis of lumbar disc herniation admitted to Taihe County People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with meridian sinew needling method on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor level and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-17,interleukin-1βand recombinant human CXC chemokine ligand 10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the pain Visual Analogue Scale scole was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with meridian sinew needling method has remarkable effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation type of qi stagnation and blood stasis,which can reduce inflammation and pain and promote recovery.
