富马酸亚铁多库酯钠胶囊联合生血宁片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者中应用富马酸亚铁多库酯钠胶囊联合生血宁片治疗的效果。方法选择2021年6月—2023年12月菏泽市牡丹区妇幼保健院收治的84例妊娠期IDA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用富马酸亚铁多库酯钠胶囊治疗,观察组采用富马酸亚铁多库酯钠胶囊联合生血宁片治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、血液学指标、铁代谢指标、不良妊娠结局及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.23%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血红蛋白、平均红细胞体积、红细胞计数、红细胞平均血红蛋白、铁蛋白、血清铁、转铁蛋白饱和度水平均高于对照组,溶性转铁蛋白受体水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率为4.76%,低于对照组的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在妊娠期IDA患者中应用生血宁片联合富马酸亚铁多库酯钠胶囊治疗的效果显著,能够改善患者的血液学、铁代谢指标、妊娠结局,且不良反应少。Objective To investigate the effect of Ferrous fumarate and docetate sodium capsules combined with Shengxuening tablet in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia(IDA)during pregnancy.Methods A total of 84 patients with IDA during pregnancy admitted to Heze city Mudan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ferrous fumarate polycurate sodium capsule,and the observation group was treated with ferrous fumarate polycurate sodium capsule combined with Shengxuening tablet.The clinical efficacy,hematology indicator,iron metabolism indicator,adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.23%,which was higher than 80.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,hemoglobin,mean red cell volume,red cell count,mean red cell hemoglobin,ferritin,serum iron and transferrin saturation levels in observation group were higher than those in the control group,and soluble transferrin receptor levels was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than 21.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shengxuening tablet combined with docurate sodium capsule of ferrous fumarate has a significant effect on IDA patients during pregnancy,which can improve hematology,iron metabolism indicator and pregnancy outcomes of patients with less adverse reactions.
