颜面部行微小切口皮脂腺囊肿摘除术后患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨颜面部行微小切口皮脂腺囊肿摘除术的效果观察。方法选择2021年10月—2023年10月济宁市金乡县人民医院收治的70例颜面部皮脂腺囊肿患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组实施传统梭形切除术,观察组实施微小切口皮脂腺囊肿摘除术。比较两组患者临床效果、切口、瘢痕长度、创口美观度、复发情况。结果两组治疗总有效率、复发率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组切口、瘢痕长度均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创口美观度优良率为97.14%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颜面部行微小切口皮脂腺囊肿摘除术后患者瘢痕长度更短、创口更美观,且复发率较低,相对于传统手术方法效果更好。Objective To investigate the effect of micro-incision excision of sebaceous gland cyst with on facial area.Methods A total of 70 patients with facial sebaceous gland cysts admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital of Jining City from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional fusiform excision,and the observation group underwent micro-incision excision of sebaceous gland cyst.The clinical effect,incision,scar length,wound aesthetics and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results Comparison of total effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups,and the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05);the incision length and scar length in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of wound aesthetics in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 74.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The length of scar is shorter,the wound is more beautiful,and the recurrence rate is lower,which has better effect than the traditional surgical method.
