疼痛护理对新生儿静脉留置针穿刺疼痛程度及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的分析疼痛护理对新生儿静脉留置针穿刺疼痛程度及并发症的影响。方法选取浙江省人民医院毕节医院2023年1—12月收治的50例行静脉留置针穿刺治疗的新生儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施疼痛护理。对比两组新生儿的穿刺情况、穿刺疼痛程度、家属满意度、并发症发生情况。结果观察组穿刺次数少于对照组,一次穿刺成功率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童疼痛行为量表各项评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属护理满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的36.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理可有效减轻新生儿静脉留置针穿刺的疼痛程度,可提高家属满意度,是一种安全有效的护理干预措施。Objective Analyzing the impact of pain nursing on the degree of pain and complications of neonatal venous indwelling needle puncture.Methods Selecting 50 newborns treated with intravenous indwelling needle puncture in Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital Bijie Hospital from January to December 2023 as the research subjects,divide them into a control group and an observation group using random number method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received pain nursing on the basis of the control group.Compare the puncture situation,puncture pain level,family satisfaction,and incidence of complications between two groups of newborns.Results The observation group had fewer punctures than the control group,and the success rate of one puncture was higher than that of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group's Facial Expression,Legs,Activity,Crying,Consolability Behavioral Tool scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the family nursing members of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 68.00%of the control group,and the incidence of complications was 8.00%,which was lower than 36.00%of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing can effectively alleviate the pain level of neonatal venous indwelling needle puncture,improve family satisfaction,and is a safe and effective nursing intervention measure.
