三阶段全面延续性管理结合微信饮食指导对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制情况及分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨三阶段全面延续性管理结合微信饮食指导在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1—12月我院收治的80例GDM患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用三阶段全面延续性管理结合微信饮食指导,两组均持续随访至产妇分娩结束后。对比两组血糖控制情况、遵医行为、分娩结局。结果护理后,观察组血糖水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组遵医行为评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良分娩结局发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三阶段全面延续性管理结合微信饮食指导在GDM患者中具有较好的应用效果,利于改善其遵医行为,获得较好的血糖控制效果,减少不良分娩结局的发生。Objective To explore the application effect of three-stage comprehensive continuous management combined with wechat diet guidance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A toal of 80 GDM patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given three-stage comprehensive continuous management combined with Wechat diet guidance on the basis of the control group.Both groups were followed up until the end of delivery.The blood glucose control,compliance behavior and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups werer statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of medical compliance behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-Stage comprehensive continuous management combined with Wechat diet guidance has a good application effect in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,which is conducive to improving their compliance behavior,obtaining better blood glucose control effect,and reducing the occurrence of adverse delivery outcomes.
