摘　　要：目的探讨康复训练联合穴位注射治疗儿童脑性瘫痪的效果。方法选取2019年3月—2023年3月内蒙古国际蒙医医院收治的42例脑性瘫痪儿童为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组21例。对照组采用传统的康复训练治疗,包括Bobath疗法和Vojta诱导法,研究组采用传统康复训练联合穴位注射治疗,治疗时间均为6个月。对比两组患儿关节活动度、痉挛程度、大运动功能、抓握能力和视觉运动整合能力。结果治疗6个月后,研究组患儿大腿内收角、双下肢腘窝角均大于对照组,足背屈角小于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组改良的Ashworh痉挛量表评分低于对照组,粗大运动功能评估量表-88评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿抓握能力和视觉运动整合能力均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复训练结合穴位注射疗法可提升脑瘫儿童关节运动能力,有效降低肌张力,且能够提高患儿粗大动作和精细动作能力,值得临床推广。Objective Explore the application effects of rehabilitation training combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 42 children with pediatric cerebral palsy who were admitted to Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Hospital from March 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a research group using a random number table method,with 21 cases in each group.The children in the control group received conventional rehabilitation training,including Bobath therapy and Vojta induction,while the children in the research group received traditional rehabilitation training combined with acupoint injection therapy for 6 months.Compare the joint mobility,spasticity,gross motor function,grasping ability,and visual motor integration ability between two groups of children.Results After 6 months of treatment,the thigh adduction angle and popliteal angle of both lower limbs in the research group were greater than those in the control group,and the dorsiflexion angle of the foot was smaller than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Nodified Ashworh Spasticity scale score of the reseaarch group was lower than that of the control group,and the Gross Motor Function Assessment Scale-88 score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the grasping ability and visual motor integration ability of the children in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with acupoint injection for cerebral palsy in children with cerebral palsy can improve joint motion,reduce muscle tension effectively,and improve the gross and fine motor ability of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
