补肾养血安胎汤联合常规保胎方案对复发性流产再妊娠患者妊娠激素及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析补肾养血安胎汤联合常规保胎方案对复发性流产(RSA)再妊娠患者妊娠激素及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年6月聊城市茌平区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的78例RSA再妊娠患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用常规保胎方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾养血安胎汤治疗,两组均连续治疗至妊娠12周。对比两组的中医证候评分、临床疗效、妊娠激素、免疫功能、不良反应发生情况与妊娠情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率、妊娠成功率均高于对照组,各项中医证候评分、CD8^(+)水平均低于对照组,人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮、雌二醇、CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾养血安胎汤联合常规保胎方案在RSA再妊娠患者治疗中的效果显著,可改善妊娠激素水平,调节免疫功能,提升妊娠成功率,且无严重不良反应。Objective Analysis of the effects of Bushen Yangxue Antai Decoction combined with conventional fetal protection plan on pregnancy hormones and immune function in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)and subsequent pregnancies.Methods Seventy-eight RSA subsequent pregnancy patients admitted to the Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center in Chiping District,Liaocheng City from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an obser-vation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a conventional fetal protection plan,while the observation group was treated with a combination of Bushen Yangxue Antai Decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously until 12 weeks of pregnancy.Compare the TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,pregnancy hormones,immune function,ocurrence of adverse reactions and pregnancy condition between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and pregnancy success rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and CD8^(+)levels were lower than those of the control group,the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin,progesterone,estradiol,and CD4^(+)were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bushen Yangxue Antai Decoction and conventional fetal protection plan has significant effects in the treatment of RSA subsequent pregnancy patients,which can improve pregnancy hormone levels,regulate immune function,enhance pregnancy success rate,and have no serious adverse reactions.
