苗药健胃散对胆囊切除术后消化功能不良的疗效及对患者中医证候积分、不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨苗药健胃散对胆囊切除术后消化功能不良的疗效及对患者中医证候积分、不良反应的影响。方法选取贵州省六枝特区人民医院2022年8月—2023年8月收治的185例胆囊切除术后消化功能不良患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=92)采用常规药物治疗,观察组(n=93)采用苗药健胃散治疗。对比两组患者的中医证候积分、消化功能指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的血浆胃动素水平高于对照组,血管活性肠肽、生长抑素水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为1.09%,低于对照组的7.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、3、6个月,观察组的中医证候积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆囊切除术后消化功能不良患者采用苗药健胃散治疗的效果良好,明显增强其消化功能,减少不良反应,有助于其尽快康复,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Miao Yao Jianwei Powder on digestive dysfunction after cholecystectomy and its influence on TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of patients.Methods One hundred eighty-five patients with digestive dysfunction after cholecystectomy admitted to Liuzhi Special Administrative Region People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.The control group(n=92)were treated with conventional drugs,while the observation group(n=93)were treated with Miao Yao Jianwei Powder.The TCM syndrome scores,digestive function index levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the motilin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the vasoactive in testinal peptide and somatostatin levels were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.09%,which was lower than 7.53%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Miao Yao Jianwei Powder has a good effect on patients with digestive dysfunction after cholecystectomy.It can significantly enhance their digestive function,reduce adverse reactions,and help them recover as soon as possible.It has high clinical application value.
