综合康复护理结合核心稳定性训练对颅脑损伤术后患者恢复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复护理结合核心稳定性训练应用于颅脑损伤患者中的效果。方法选取2021年8月—2023年5月贵州医科大学附属白云医院收治的120例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用综合康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行核心稳定性训练。对比两组患者的神经功能、平衡能力、运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(10.53±1.28)分,低于对照组的(12.37±1.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的Berg平衡量表、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表、改良Barthel量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的脑卒中影响量表中各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理结合核心稳定性训练能减轻颅脑损伤患者的神经功能损伤,加快其各项功能康复,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with core stability training in patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 120 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to Baiyun Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University from August 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received core stability training on the basis of the control group.The neurological function,balance ability,motor function,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score of the observation group was(10.53±1.28)points,which was lower than(12.37±1.67)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of Berg balance scale,Fugl-Meyer assessment and modified Barthel scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of stroke impact scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with core stability training can reduce the neurological injury,accelerate the rehabilitation of various functions and improve the quality of life of patients with craniocerebral injury.
