摘 要:目的探讨核心力量训练辅助药物治疗在绝经后骨质疏松患者中的应用效果。方法选取菏泽市牡丹区中医医院2019年10月—2023年2月收治的80例绝经后骨质疏松患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行核心力量训练。对比两组患者的骨密度水平、骨代谢状态及平衡能力。结果干预前,两组的腰椎、股骨颈骨的骨密度水平对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的腰椎、股骨颈骨的骨密度分别为(0.77±0.04)g/cm^(2)、(0.71±0.04)g/cm^(2),均高于对照组的(0.73±0.05)g/m^(2)、(0.69±0.03)g/m^(2),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽(β-CTx)水平对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组PINP水平高于对照组,β-CTx水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的左右最大位移量(Dx)、前后最大位移量(Dy)、闭眼单腿站立时间(TIME-SLO)、睁眼单腿站立时间(TIME-SLC)对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的Dy、Dx分别为(25.56±4.11)mm、(17.76±4.15)mm,均低于对照组,TIME-SLO、TIME-SLC分别为(21.93±4.23)s、(51.66±6.13)s,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核心力量训练辅助药物治疗绝经后骨质疏松,能提高患者骨密度水平,改善其骨代谢状态,提升其肢体平衡能力。Objective To investigate the effect of core strength training assisted drug therapy in postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 80 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients admitted to Heze City Mudan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)using a random number table method.The control group received conventional drug therapy,and the observation group received core strength training on the basis of the control group.The bone mineral density levels,bone metabolic status and balance ability of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in bone mineral density of lumbar spine and femoral neck between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the bone mineral density of lumbar spine and femoral neck in the observation group were(0.77±0.04)g/cm2 and(0.71±0.04)g/cm2,respectively,which were higher than(0.73±0.05)g/m2 and(0.69±0.03)g/m2 of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the levels of eukaryotic procollagen I N-terminal propeptide(PINP)and beta C-terminal cross-linked telopeptides of type I collagen(β-CTx)between two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the level of PINP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level ofβ-CTx was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the maximum body sway at the x directions(Dx),maximum body sway at the y directions(Dy),time of single leg stand with eyes open(time-SLO)and time of single leg stand with eyes closed(time-SLC)between the two groups(P<0.05);after intervention,the Dy and Dx in the observation group were(25.56±4.11)mm and(17.76±4.15)mm,respectively,which were lower than
