卡泊三醇软膏联合司库奇尤单抗在中重度银屑病患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析卡泊三醇软膏与司库奇尤单抗联合用于中重度银屑病患者的治疗效果。方法选取2021年3月—2023年7月聊城市人民医院收治的82例中重度银屑病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各41例。对照组采用卡泊三醇软膏治疗,研究组采用卡泊三醇软膏联合司库奇尤单抗治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况,比较两组患者的银屑病病情程度、生活质量、免疫功能指标水平、炎症因子水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为87.80%,高于对照组的73.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,研究组银屑病的皮损面积及严重程度指数评分、皮肤病生活质量指数评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组白细胞分化抗原4+、白细胞分化抗原8+水平均高于对照组,辅助性T细胞17水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α、血清白细胞介素-17、γ干扰素水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡泊三醇软膏与司库奇尤单抗联合应用能够提升中重度银屑病患者的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of calcipotriol ointment combined with secukinumab on patients with moderate to severe psoriasis.Methods A total of 82 patients with moderate to severe psoriasis admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from March 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Using a random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a research group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with calcipotriol ointment,while the research group was treated with calcipotriol ointment in combination with secukinumab.Observe the treatment effects and occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups of patients,compare the severity of psoriasis,quality of life,levels of immune function indicators,and levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 87.80%,which was higher than 73.17%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the lesion area and severity index score,as well as the skin disease quality of life index score,of psoriasis in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of Cluster of Differentiation 4+and Cluster of Differentiation 8+in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of helper T cell 17 was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,serum interleukin-17,andγinterferon in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of calcipotriol ointment and secukinumab can improve the treatment efficacy of patients with moderate to
