序贯压力康复疗法与强肌增活训练联合舒适护理对手部烧伤整形患者手功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探究序贯压力康复疗法、强肌增活训练与舒适护理对手部烧伤整形患者手功能恢复的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月滕州市中心人民医院收治的82例手部烧伤整形患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用舒适护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用序贯压力康复疗法与强肌增活训练。比较两组患者的临床相关指标、手功能及手部美观度。结果观察组手部外形恢复、手功能恢复及住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组手部活动、日常活动、感觉功能与外观评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组瘢痕评估量表各个维度评分及总分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于手部烧伤整形患者中采用序贯压力康复疗法与强肌增活训练联合舒适护理,可促进患者手功能恢复,缩短恢复时间,并有助于提升手部美观度。Objective To explore the effects of sequential pressure rehabilitation therapy,muscle strengthening and activation training and comfort nursing on the recovery of hand function of hand burn plastic surgery patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with hand burn and plastic surgery admitted to the Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given comfort nursing,and the observation group was given sequential stress rehabilitation therapy and muscle strengthening and activation training.The clinical indicators,hand function and hand aesthetics of the two groups were compared.Results The hand shape recovery time,hand function recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of hand activity,daily activity,sensory function and appearance and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions and total scores of the scar assessment scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sequential pressure rehabilitation therapy combined with intensive muscle activation training combined with comfortable nursing can promote the recovery of hand function,shorten the recovery time and help to improve the aesthetics of hand.
