中药穴位贴敷治疗对冲任失调型乳腺增生患者的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的探究中药穴位贴敷治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生症(MGH)的有效性及安全性。方法选择阜阳市人民医院2021年8月—2023年8月收治的180例冲任失调型MGH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组采用乳康舒胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、乳房疼痛程度及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分为(2.56±0.94)分,低于对照组的(3.61±1.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷能够有效缓解冲任失调型MGH患者的症状,减轻乳房疼痛,疗效显著,且未明显增加不良反应,安全可靠。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of acupoint application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Chong Ren dysplasia of mammary gland hyperplasia(MGH).Methods One hundred and eighty patients with Chong Ren dysplasia MGH admitted to Fuyang People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rukangshu Capsule,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,breast pain degree and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was(2.56±0.94)points,which was lower than(3.61±1.28)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint application can effectively relieve the symptoms of Chong Ren dysplasia MGH patients,relieve breast pain,and has a significant effect,and does not significantly increase adverse reactions,safe and reliable.
