艾灸联合“三步六法”推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症对患者腰椎功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸联合“三步六法”推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月盐城市大丰中医院收治的60例LDH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用艾灸联合“三步六法”推拿治疗。对比两组患者的疼痛程度、腰椎功能及生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分为(1.35±0.21)分,低于对照组的(1.80±0.54)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的日本矫形外科学会下腰痛评分表中主观症状、临床体征、日常活动受限评分及总分分别为(6.02±0.25)分、(4.56±0.57)分、(10.33±1.62)分、(21.28±4.07)分,均高于对照组的(5.51±0.34)分、(3.85±0.32)分、(8.12±1.46)分、(16.94±3.72)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表中心理、精神、环境、生理、社会关系、独立性、一般健康和生活质量评分分别为(70.19±5.20)分、(15.25±0.36)分、(115.40±7.26)分、(42.26±3.54)分、(41.37±3.78)分、(58.56±3.51)分、(18.12±0.74)分,均高于对照组的(64.42±5.18)分、(14.28±1.01)分、(105.77±8.95)分、(37.66±4.85)分、(35.18±4.89)分、(52.39±4.38)分、(16.55±0.57)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合“三步六法”推拿可减轻LDH患者的腰椎疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion combined with"three steps and six methods"massage on lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods Sixty LDH patients admitted to Dafeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yancheng City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion combined with"three steps and six methods"massage on this basis.The pain degree,lumbar pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group was(1.35±0.21)points,which was lower than(1.80±0.54)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the subjective symptoms,clinical signs,daily activity limitation scores and total score of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain rating scale in the observation group were(6.02±0.25)points,(4.56±0.57)points,(10.33±1.62)points and(21.28±4.07)points,respectively,which were higher than(5.51±0.34)points,(3.85±0.32)points,(8.12±1.46)points,(16.94±3.72)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of psychological,mental,environmental,physiological,social relationship,independence,general health and quality of life in the World Health Organization quality of life-BREF scale of the observation group were(70.19±5.20)points,(15.25±0.36)points,(115.40±7.26)points,(42.26±3.54)points,(41.37±3.78)points,(58.56±3.51)points,(18.12±0.74)points,respectively,which were higher than(64.42±5.18)points,(14.28±1.01)points,(105.77±8.95)points,(37.66±4.85)points,(35.18±4.89)points,(52.39±4.38)points,(16.55±0.57)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibus
