复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非降阶梯治疗对Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨他达拉非降阶梯联合复方玄驹胶囊在Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎(CP)合并勃起功能障碍(ED)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月新泰市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的124例Ⅲ型CP合并ED患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各62例。对照组采用他达拉非降阶梯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用复方玄驹胶囊治疗。对比两组患者的病情改善情况、勃起功能、阴茎血流动力学及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组慢性前列腺炎症状指数、前列腺炎相关的性功能障碍评分表评分均低于对照组,国际勃起功能指数问卷、勃起质量量表、勃起硬度评分均高于对照组,收缩期峰值流速慢于对照组,舒张末期流速快于对照组,阻力指数高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论他达拉非降阶梯联合复方玄驹胶囊可增强Ⅲ型CP合并ED患者的治疗效果,加快病情改善,增强勃起功能与阴茎血流动力学,且不良反应少。Objective To investigate the application value of tadalafil combined with compound Xuanju capsule in patients with type III chronic prostatitis(CP)complicated with erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods A total of 124 patients with type III CP combined with ED admitted to Xintai Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the reseach objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tadalafil stepwise treatment,and the observation group was treated with compound Xuanju capsule on the basis of the control group.The condition improvement,erectile function,penile hemodynamics and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of chronic prostatitis symptoms index and prostatitis related sexual dysfunction scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of international erectile function Index questionnaire,erectile quality scale and erectile hardness were higher than those in the control group,the Peak Systolic Velocity was slower than that in the control group,the End-Diastolic Velocity was faster than that in the control group,and the Resistance Index was higher than that in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tadlalafil combined with Compound Xuanju capsule can enhance the therapeutic effect of type III CP with ED,accelerate the improvement of the condition,enhance the erectile function and penile hemodynamics,and have fewer adverse reactions.
