摘 要:某水泥生产线采用由RP170mm-140mm辊压机与ϕ4.2m×13m球磨机组成的水泥粉磨双圈流半终粉磨系统,运行过程中存在辊压机辊面磨损严重、物料挤压效果差、系统结皮严重、选粉机间连接风管布置不合理、收尘器阻力较高、球磨机二仓研磨体反向分级严重等问题,系统工序电耗偏高。通过采取减小辊压机初始辊缝、严格控制原材料水分、治理设备漏风、调整磨内结构及研磨体级配等优化措施,改善了系统结皮,降低了系统阻力,粉磨系统产量由200t/h增至230t/h,水泥生产工序电耗由29kW·h/t降至25~26kW·h/t,节能降耗效果显著。A cement production line adopts a cement grinding double loop flow semi-final grinding system composed of RP170mm-140mm roller press andϕ4.2m×13m ball mill.During operation,there are serious problems such as severe wear on the roller surface of the roller press,poor material extrusion effect,severe system crust formation,unreasonable arrangement of connecting air ducts between the powder selection machines,high resistance of the dust collector,and severe reverse grading of the grinding body in the second bin of the ball mill.The system process has high power consumption.By taking optimization measures such as reducing the initial roll gap of the roller press,strictly controlling the moisture content of raw materials,controlling equipment air leakage,adjusting the internal structure and grading of the grinding material,the system crust was improved,the system resistance was reduced,and the production capacity of the grinding system increased from 200t/h to 230t/h.The electricity consumption of the cement production process decreased from 29kW·h/t to 25~26kW·h/t,and the energy-saving and consumption reducing effect was significant.
