摘  要:某5000t/d水泥熟料生产线采用干法脱硫技术时,存在脱硫效果受窑工况影响较大、水剂脱硫剂影响窑系统热工制度稳定、窑尾大布袋易发生“糊袋”等问题;而采用常规湿法脱硫技术,虽然脱硫效果稳定,但存在湿烟羽排放污染环境的问题。对比分析了湿法脱硫配套湿烟羽治理“烟气冷凝、烟气加热、烟气冷凝再加热”三种技术工艺流程及工作原理,采取湿法脱硫配套烟气加热技术治理湿烟羽排放后,窑尾烟气SO2排放浓度≤50mg/Nm3,烟气含湿量<65g/kg,窑尾烟囱无白烟排放,达到了预期改造目标。When a 5000 t/d cement clinker production line adopts dry desulfurization technology,there are problems such as the desulfurization effect being greatly affected by kiln operating conditions,the thermal stability of the kiln system being affected by water desulfurizers,and the possibility of"sticking bags"in bag dust collectors at the preheater.Using conventional wet desulfurization technology,although the desulfurization effect is stable,there is a problem of environmental pollution caused by wet flue gas plume emissions.A comparative analysis is conducted on the three technical processes and working principles of wet desulfurization combined with wet plume gas treatment,namely"flue gas condensation,flue gas heating,and flue gas condensation reheating".After adopting the wet desulfurization combined with flue gas heating technology to treat wet flue gas emissions,the SO2 emission concentration of the kiln preheater flue gas was≤50mg/Nm3,the humidity content of the flue gas was<65g/kg,and there was no white smoke emission from the kiln preheater chimney,it achieved the expected transformation goals.
