摘 要:双齿辊破碎机辊齿齿高是影响其破碎性能的主要齿形结构参数,通过离散元法仿真模拟分析了不同齿高辊齿结构的物料破碎状态。分析结果表明,随着齿高的减小,物料破碎的位置逐渐向下方的辊齿包容腔偏移,避免了大块物料在尺寸较大方向的破碎,从而减小了齿辊转矩,但该转矩减小幅度越来越小;齿高/辊齿中心距的比值范围宜控制在0.6~0.7,此范围内不但双齿辊破碎机的出料粒度满足设计要求,而且双齿辊转矩之和较小,有利于降低破碎机能耗。The tooth height of the double-toothed roll crusher is the main tooth structure parameter that affects its crushing performance.The material crushing state of the roll tooth structure with different tooth heights is simulated and analyzed by discrete element method.The analysis results show that with the decrease of tooth height,the position of material crushing gradually shifts to the lower roller tooth inclusion cavity,which avoids the crushing of large materials in the direction of larger size,thus reducing the tooth roller torque,but the reduction range of the tooth roller torque becomes smaller and smaller.The ratio range of tooth height/roll tooth center distance should be controlled between 0.6 and 0.7.In this range,not only the discharge particle size of the double-toothed roll crusher meets the design requirements,but also the sum of the torque of the double-toothed roll is small,which is beneficial to reduce the energy consumption of the crusher.
